One of the most wonderful activities for me, is to visit local Farmer's Markets. We sort of just happened on this one by accident, and what a little jewel. The Markets in France are so different from the Italian Markets, and especially the Sicilian Markets, where the pitch of voices is at it's highest. The Parisian Vendors are a tad more formal and reserved. However, they were all quite proud of there items, and seemed pleased that I would want to photograph their cheeses, fish, pates, or bread. The French Market has a hum of sophistication, and a vibe all it's own. You get the feeling that each meal, no matter how simple or complex it will be...the result will be simply elegant.
